Hello, my name is Scott Dudley and after 13 years of practice building, I decided to start MACC Academy to train relationship-based dentists and dental businesses how to be more profitable. MACC stands for management, advisory, coaching, and consulting services.
Our programs focus on growing collections and transitioning providers. How? We hyper-focus on schedule improvement, value creation, patient throughput rate, and the expectations and accountability of doctors and staff.
MACC Academy is different from other consulting firms because we focus on dentistry’s fundamentals, something consultants who have never cut a tooth, worked up a treatment plan, signed a bank note, or hired a dental employee- can empathize with.
Our special sauce is that we have walked the walk, and continue to clinically practice what we teach.
