I met Scott in 2009 when he was putting finishing touches on his new VDC office. It didn't take long to realize that he is a visionary who thinks and does bigger than most of us. In addition, I have seen how the dental office/field goes way beyond clinical practice. We took a career-changing trip to Scottsdale when I first started and learned so much about bettering ourselves clinically and personally. When you started Elite Dental, I was able to witness everything that is involved in starting an amazing dental practice from the ground up. Working for you and helping to start this new practice has been the best experience. You really are a mentor personally and professionally for me, and I admire your amazing work ethic and drive!

Dr. Dudley – You have a fantastic energy about you. You have inspired me to push myself to do more to help those around me.
